2. Introductions and Re-Introductions

3. Discuss adoption of DAG-JOSE as the secure outer object envelope, as well as various linking and configuration properties that may need to be present in the JW* Header

4. If time allows, discuss basic options for data convergence (e.g. full replace), as well as more advanced options, like CRDT-based mechanisms (e.g. Automerge), with the intent to select sensible defaults in the near future.
